Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies only to the Mentorship Program offered by BITS Sarthi. Other services, including mock test unlock fees (₹49 per test), are non-refundable.

1. Refund Eligibility Criteria (BITSAT 2026)

Scenario A
Score 300+

100% refund of the mentorship fee (excluding GST).

Scenario B
Score < 200

50% refund of the mentorship fee (excluding GST).

GST, once paid, is non-refundable and will be deducted as per government regulations.

2. Refund Application Timeline

  • Students must apply for a refund within 5 days of the official BITSAT 2026 result declaration.
  • Refund applications submitted after this time window will not be considered.

3. Mandatory Score Verification Process

Note: Document uploads alone will NOT be accepted.

Refund verification is conducted via a live Google Meet / Zoom call where you must:

  • Log in to the official BITSAT result website.
  • Refresh the result page during the call.
  • Display Candidate Name, Application details, and Official score.

4. Anti-Forgery & Misuse Policy

Any attempt to submit forged, manipulated, or misleading information will result in:

  • Immediate rejection of the refund request.
  • Permanent debarment from the mentorship program.
  • Ineligibility for any future refunds.

5. Important Notes

  • Refunds are applicable only once per student.
  • No refund will be provided to students who joined after 15 March.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time may take 7–14 working days after successful verification.
