Delta-20: terms

Version 1.1 · last updated 16 October 2026

These terms cover the Delta-20 programme run by BITS Sarthi (bitssarthi.in): the giveaway, in which one applicant wins a free place, and direct enrolment. They add to the site's Terms and conditions and Privacy policy. By applying or enrolling, you agree to them.

1. The programme

A 20-week BITSAT 2027 preparation and mentorship programme for students who are also preparing for JEE. It includes:

  • 30-minute private academic onboarding
  • Two mentor-led roadmap revisions
  • Four 25-minute private mock-review sessions
  • 15 group sessions
  • Up to two individual academic queries per month, answered within two business days
  • One 45-minute post-score counselling session
  • One preference-list review
  • 40 full-length mocks, chapter tests and custom practice

Unlimited private calls are not included. BITS Sarthi does not guarantee any BITSAT score, rank or admission. BITS Sarthi is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by BITS Pilani.

2. Who can apply to the giveaway

  • Students living in India who are in Class 12 in the 2026-27 school year, or who have finished Class 12 and are preparing for BITSAT 2027.
  • One application per student, made while signed in with the student's own Google account. Applications through more than one account are all disqualified.
  • Students who have already enrolled in the programme cannot apply.
  • BITS Sarthi team members, mentors and their immediate families cannot apply.

3. Dates and how to apply

  • Applications open: 15 October 2026.
  • Last day to apply: 31 October 2026 (until 11:59 pm IST).
  • Winner announced by: 1 November 2026.

Applying is free, needs no purchase, and is done only through the form on the Delta-20 page. Late, incomplete or automated applications are not considered.

4. How the winner is chosen

The winner is chosen on merit, not by lucky draw. A panel of at least two BITS Sarthi team members reads every accepted application and judges the written answers on:

  • how seriously the applicant is aiming for BITS,
  • how clearly and honestly they describe their preparation challenge and goal, and
  • how much the programme is likely to help them.

The panel picks one winner and may keep a short reserve list. The panel's decision is final. A student who enrols before the winner is announced leaves the giveaway.

5. The prize

One place in the Delta-20 programme with no programme fee (fee ₹14,999). The prize is for the winner only; it cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

The winner is contacted at their Google account email and must reply within 7 days. We may ask them to confirm their stage (for example with a school ID or Class 12 marksheet). If the winner does not reply in time or is not eligible, the panel chooses another applicant from the reserve list. With the winner's permission, we may announce their first name and city.

6. Offer for applicants who don't win

After the winner is confirmed, every eligible applicant who did not win can join the programme for ₹12,999 instead of ₹14,999 (a ₹2,000 promotional credit, usable until 31 October 2026). It is a promotion, not a scholarship. It is applied automatically at checkout when signed in with the account used to apply, can be used once, has no cash value and does not combine with other offers. Joining is optional.

7. Direct enrolment

Anyone can enrol without applying, for ₹14,999, paid once through Razorpay on the programme page. Enrolment is confirmed when the payment is verified; you will get an email, and our team will contact you to schedule onboarding. Enrolling means you do not take part in the giveaway. Payments are covered by the site's Terms and conditions.

8. Your information

We collect only what the form asks for: your name, Google account email, stage, campus preference and written answers, plus your mobile number if you enrol. We use it to run the giveaway and the programme. Only BITS Sarthi administrators can see applications. We email you about other programmes and offers only if you tick the optional box, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Applications from students who neither win nor enrol are deleted within 12 months of the giveaway ending. See the Privacy policy.

9. Disqualification and changes

We may disqualify applications with false information, more than one account, or automated entries. If something outside our control prevents the giveaway from running fairly, we may change or cancel it; any change is published on this page with a new version number, and applications already made are judged under the version they accepted unless the change is in the applicant's favour.
